Frequently Asked Questions

For Nurses & Licensed Aestheticians

What is the Abraza Skin Circle?

The Abraza Skin Circle is the official affiliate partner program for Abraza Skin Care. It is a community of clinically credentialed skin professionals — nurses, nurse practitioners, and licensed aestheticians — who earn commission by recommending Abraza products to their audiences and clients. You get a personal referral link, free education through our Skool community, and branded content tools. No inventory, no
upfront cost.

Who can join?

The program is open to:
• Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
• Licensed Aestheticians
• Nurse Injectors and Med Spa staff

All applicants must hold an active license or certification and have an audience or client base that aligns with skin health and wellness.

Do I need a large following to qualify?

No. While we look for applicants with an engaged audience or active client base
(a minimum of 500 followers or regular clients is preferred), follower count alone does
not determine approval. Quality, credibility, and skin-aligned content matter far more
than numbers.

Is there a cost to join the Skin Circle?

No — joining the Abraza Skin Circle is completely free. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no inventory requirements for affiliate partners. You apply, you're approved, and you start sharing.

How do I apply?

Simply fill out the Abraza Skin Circle application using the link provided to you by our team or found on our website. The application asks for your name, license information, social handles, and a brief note about why you want to join. Applications are reviewed within 3 business days and you will receive a decision within 5 business days.

Your Referral Link & How It Works

When you are approved, you receive a unique URL (for example: abrazaskincare.com?ref=YOURNAME). Every time someone clicks your link and makes a purchase, that sale is tracked and credited to your account automatically. You earn a commission on every sale — no manual tracking needed.
  • Instagram bio or link-in-bio tool (Linktree, etc.)
  • Instagram Stories, Reels, or feed posts
  • Email newsletter or client follow-up emails
  • Your website or blog
  • TikTok or YouTube video descriptions
  • Text messages or direct client communications
Never. Abraza Skin Care handles all inventory, fulfillment, and shipping. Your only job is to share your link. When a customer orders through it, we handle everything else.
Your link uses a tracking cookie that follows the customer's purchase intent. If someone clicks your link and buys within the standard tracking window, you receive credit for that sale.

How much do I earn?

Your commission rate is based on your tier within the Abraza Skin Circle. All new affiliates start at the Glow tier and earn 20% commission on every sale. As your sales grow, you move up automatically.

How do I move up to a higher tier? +

Tier upgrades are reviewed automatically at the end of each calendar month based on your total sales volume. You do not need to apply or request an upgrade — if your sales meet the threshold, your tier and commission rate are updated and you are notified by email.
  • Glow (20%): Entry level. No minimum required.
  • Radiance (22%): Achieve $500 or more in sales in a calendar month.
  • Luminary (25%): Achieve $1,500 or more in sales in a calendar month.

Can I lose my tier status? +

If your monthly sales fall below your current tier threshold for two consecutive months, you will be moved to the tier that matches your current sales volume. You will receive a heads-up email and have a 30-day grace window to re-qualify before any change takes effect. You can always climb back up.

When and how do I get paid? +

Commissions earned during a calendar month are paid by the 10th of the following month. The minimum payout threshold is $25 — if your balance is below that, it rolls over to the next month. You choose your preferred payout method (PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer) when you set up your affiliate account.

What happens if a customer returns a product? +

If a customer returns a product and receives a refund within 30 days of the original sale, the commission on that order will be reversed from your balance.

Skool Community & Education

What is Skool and why does it matter?

Skool is the private online community where all Abraza Skin Circle affiliates are trained, supported, and connected. It is free for all approved affiliates and serves as your one-stop hub for everything you need to succeed.

What will I learn inside the Skool community?

  • Welcome & Brand Orientation: The Abraza story, mission, and values
  • Product Training: Skin barrier science, key ingredients (ceramides, niacinamide, and more), and how to talk about Abraza products with confidence
  • Sales & Sharing Tools: Caption templates, story content ideas, email scripts for your clients
  • Courses & CE-Style Education: Ongoing skin barrier mini-courses and clinical education relevant to your practice
  • Community: Peer Q&A, wins board, monthly affiliate challenges
  • Resources: Downloadable branded graphics and product imagery ready to share

Is the Skool training required?

Yes. All new affiliates are expected to complete the Welcome and Product Training modules within their first 7 days. This ensures you can represent Abraza products accurately, confidently, and in alignment with our science-forward brand standards.

COMPLIANCE & BRAND STANDARDS

Do I have to disclose that I am an affiliate?

Yes, and this is non-negotiable. Per FTC guidelines, any post, email, video, or content that includes your affiliate link must clearly disclose the relationship. This means using language like "Ad," "Paid partnership," or "I earn a commission on sales through my link" — disclosed at the start of your content, not buried in hashtags or at the bottom of a caption.

Are there things I cannot say about the products?

Yes. You may not make unsubstantiated medical claims (for example, stating that a product "cures" or "treats" a medical condition). All skin benefit language should be accurate, aligned with the science-forward education in Skool, and consistent with how Abraza describes its products. Clinical misinformation — even unintentional — reflects on both you as a licensed professional and on the brand.

Can I promote other skincare brands at the same time?

You may promote other brands, but you may not disparage or negatively compare competitors in the same content that features Abraza products. Competitors' brand mentions and Abraza content should remain clearly separate.

"I didn't build Abraza to sit on a shelf. I built it to be in the hands of the women who need it — and the professionals who serve them. The Skin Circle exists to make that happen, together."
