If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the product delivered date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was received in the last 14 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Refund is issued with a 15% restocking fee deduction.

SUPPLEMENT/VITAMIN RETURN POLICY:

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the product delivered date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. No refunds or exchanges for any partially used products or if products appear to be handled, tampered, or opened.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was received in the last 30 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used or damaged

The external bottle seal is not broken and 100% intact

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or exchange.

Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. In the event we're unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a cancelled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued and can be applied as discount on a future order.

If more than 10 items are inquired for refunding, we will only refund up to 50% of that purchase and ONLY if they meet the preceding return criteria.

 90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE STEPS: (added 9/11/2023)

1. Within 4 days of recieving the product, email 3 selfie pictures: 1 front, 1 left, and 1 right picture close up to info@abrazaskincare.com. This will allow us to compare progress. This is important and if not done within 4 days of receiving your product, then your money back claim will not be processed. No exceptions.

2. Follow the step by step instructions to use the products by clicking here: PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS. Use the products as instructed consistently for 90 days. Please be patient and trust the process. 

3. After 90 days of consistent use and you are not satisfied then you may file a claim by following these steps:

 

  1. Take 3 selfie pictures after 90 days of product use: 1 front, 1 left, and 1 right picture close up. Email these pictures with your before picture you emailed within the first four days of receiving your product (our system knows when items are delivered) to  info@abrazaskincare.com

  2. Answer the following questions in your email: Which product? Your expectations? Why are you making a dissatisfaction claim?

  3. You will be required to return the remaining product (even if empty) to the address: Abraza Skin Care 2221 Peachtree Rd NE Suite D-260, Atlanta, GA 30309

  4. The refund claim will be reviewed by our team once we receive the returned product, your email with before/after photos, and questions answered. Allow 5 business days for us to review and approve if applicable.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  6. Only one refund per household is allowed.
  7. We are not responsible for returned products lost in the mail.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Abraza Skin Care.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
